I placed an order on Carrefour Online on 22.06.2025. The sea bass was priced at ₺399, and the discount was set to expire that evening. It was clearly stated that the discount applied both online and in-store. However, the employees who prepared the fish entered the price as ₺475. For 1.198 kg of fish, this created a ₺91 difference. Since then, I’ve lost count of how many times I called or was called back. This is not my fault. Now they’re telling me they can’t refund the amount to my card and can only offer it as store credit. And they’re calling from headquarters over ₺91… just to say they won’t refund it. This is clearly not my mistake. I want my money back—correct your own error!
