Complaint Regarding Canceled Carrefour Order Without Notification
I placed an order worth 1,379₺ on Carrefour SA’s online store, paid by credit card, scheduled to be delivered today between 19:00–21:00. However, without any justification or prior notification, my order was suddenly canceled. What makes this situation even worse is that I had received a text message earlier stating that my order was carefully prepared and would be delivered between 19:00–21:00. Yet, no cancellation notice was provided — I only discovered the cancellation myself by checking the application, which was a shocking and unacceptable surprise. My delivery address is in Bahçelievler, Istanbul. When I contacted customer service to ask why my order was canceled, I was told that no reason could be seen in the system and that they were simply “sorry,” with a vague promise of a follow-up. This response is far from satisfactory. I have been left both inconvenienced and frustrated without any explanation or solution. I demand the immediate refund of my payment and, considering the inconvenience and frustration caused, I also expect Carrefour SA to compensate me with a gift voucher.
