Carrefour Canceled the Order I Paid for Due to Stock Issues

I placed an order via the Carrefour app at Mersin Carrefour on March 8th, totaling around ₺2200 for two orders over a thousand TL each, and paid with my credit card. Just 10 minutes before delivery, my order was canceled, citing stock unavailability. Apparently, Carrefour claims they were out of stock for basic items like bread, tomatoes, yogurt, oranges, mandarins, iced tea, lemonade, and cooking oil. It seems my local corner store has a better inventory than Carrefour, with at least half of these items available. Carrefour's excuse doesn't hold water, and if it's true, then it seems Carrefour is in deep trouble without us knowing. I've attached two receipts for reference. Despite Carrefour's Mersin store calling for everything else, they didn't even bother to call regarding the order cancellation. If this is Carrefour's business approach, it's no wonder they're losing money. I urge the Sabancı family to reconsider their management or risk further losses due to such practices. Wishing Carrefour success in their future endeavors, but it won't be with me.

Dear Customer, We tried to reach you, but we were unable to reach you. Please inform us of a time frame when we can contact you.
It is said that a resolution process has been initiated, but there will be no solution. I am just expecting a reasonable answer. The insufficient stock excuse is not a lie. If evasive answers are going to be given, no one should call. If a store does not have products like bread, yogurt, margarine, tomatoes, etc., I think it is meaningless for a large shopping center like Carrefour to remain open.
Thank you for the interest and attention from the center.
