On March 5, 2023, I spent 260 TL on five pieces of cat litter from Amazon.com.tr. The mukas firm I put in the order knowing that I would be sending another item worth half the price, which was easy to see in the bag. I saw in the store's comments later that many customers have not gotten their money for different reasons. I made a return request for the wrong product, but I was still able to do so because I wasn't able to open the product, even though I tried to drive it uphill. I was told I had to send it with Sandeo Cargo Company, but a Sandeo employee said he would buy for the first time and could not start the buying process. I told Amazon about it because the process was taking too long. I've been told that I'm protected from A to Z. Even though the cargo worker came over and over again, my cargo was still not there. I told Amazon about it and told them that I wanted to send it with a different courier, but they said that wasn't possible. I did what the mukas company asked me to do with the cargo company again, and this time they were able to get my cargo. Now, it looks like my cargo has been lost with the cargo company for 1.5 months. My money and the item are gone. I told Amazon about my problem, sent them the tracking number for the package, and asked that something be done about the magazine's attitude. So, there was no way to fix this problem. Amazon also took away the warranty from A to Z and stopped talking to me by not answering my last request. During this three-month period, the price of the item I bought went up, which was due to inflation. I don't have the product, the money, or this time to make up for the wrong. I'd like to say that making such open complaints is a sign of bad intentions. The Amazon brand name is being hurt by what is going on in Turkey. I don't trust myself to go shopping again.
