Carrefour Overcharged Me and Sent Poor Quality Tomatoes and Fish
I had three different issues with the company: 1. One of the products was missing, but I was still charged for it. 2. One of the products I ordered was incorrect. I paid for a specific type of tomato but received a cheaper one instead. 3. I ordered a large fish, but instead of cleaning it as expected, they only removed the head and sent it to me. I contacted customer service, and they assured me they would resolve the issues, but the second delivery had even more problems: 1. The missing product (a ready-to-eat avocado) was replaced with a cheaper local avocado, even though I had paid three times more for the original item. 2. The tomatoes arrived, but their quality was terrible. There were small bugs, and some were already decaying. 3. They sent another fish, but once again, it wasn’t cleaned properly. I ordered online to save time and money, but my experience has been the exact opposite!
