Missing Product By Yemek Sepeti - Request for Resolution

I have previously experienced similar issues with Yemeksepeti. Specifically, I often face the issue of receiving one item in a two-item package while the other is missing. In a previous order, when I requested a return, I was told that the product could not be returned. After I posted my complaint on Xolvie, a customer service representative contacted me and assured me they would arrange a return and issue a refund. They scheduled a pickup for the product, but neither a pickup nor any follow-up happened. Today, in another order (#tk3v-20l9), I received a missing product. I reached out to customer service, but the response I received was "since you have previously made a complaint regarding this issue, we will not accept your missing product this time." I don't understand what this means! After the previous inconvenience, I am now facing the same issue again. It is unacceptable that Yemeksepeti is not fulfilling its responsibilities, continuously providing the same responses, and exacerbating my frustration instead of resolving my issue. I am requesting either the delivery of the missing product or a refund of the amount I paid. I am awaiting a resolution to this matter.

I had been called for a problem I experienced before and was promised a solution, but unfortunately, I did not get a result. However, with my new complaint, it is pleasing that they noticed my past grievance and issued a refund for both of my requests. Thank you. Taking preventive operational steps regarding frequently missing product shipments, without the need for customer complaints, will further increase trust in your brand.
