In November, I placed an order while I was out and about, which was very frustrating. I placed the order around 6:43 pm, but when it came, it was completely wrong. I called customer service right away, but after 2.5 hours of waiting, neither the right package nor my order had shown up. To say the least, it was very frustrating. After that, I decided to cancel the order by calling customer service again. They told me that the wrong package would be picked up by a courier. This was said to me twice, once in the evening and again the next morning. But the delivery guy never showed up, so I had to keep the wrong package. Even worse, I was told twice not to throw away the package because a courier was coming, but the courier didn't show up until the third day. The whole process was marked by blatant carelessness and lack of respect, and I was very unhappy with the service I got. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back at this point. I hope the company will do something to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and care, but that wasn't what happened here.
