Hello. I bought fish from Carrefour online. The fish arrived uncleaned. We took it for a picnic as soon as it arrived, but I didn't know that it wasn't cleaned, so the atmosphere was miserable. We had a lot of trouble cleaning the scales because there was no way. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the inside of the fish has been cleaned and its scales remain. What a ridiculous situation this is. When you buy the fish, it says its uncleaned weight, but it does not say it will come before it is cleaned. Moreover, I have not experienced this problem with my previous orders, and they have always arrived cleaned and even torn apart. Unfortunately, there is no standard in this regard. It is impossible to understand whether the product will be cleaned or whether we will encounter a huge surprise.
