I made an order using your mobile app, picking items that totalled over ₺500 to take advantage of the promotion for a 1-month membership to a digital platform that was advertised. I got a discount on an airline ticket from a travel company, but they never sent me the digital platform coupon. I contacted your support team via WhatsApp, and they promised that the code would be sent after I completed my order, but I still haven't received it. I can't help but feel puzzled about why this situation happened and why the promised benefit hasn't come through, especially since I did everything needed to qualify for the promotion. I would really appreciate some quick help to sort this out and get the membership code as promised. Thanks!
