Playstore Razer Code Purchase – Missing Code and No Resolution



On February 28, I purchased two Razer codes worth 500₺ each from Playstore.com. While one of the codes was successfully delivered, the other one never arrived. I immediately contacted Türk Telekom customer service, submitted a support request, and followed up multiple times. However, it has now been three days, and there has been no resolution.
I paid for both codes and expected a seamless transaction. Why is my purchased code missing? I feel like I am being ignored despite paying in full. I demand an immediate resolution and the delivery of my missing Razer code. This issue needs to be addressed urgently, as no customer should have to chase after what they rightfully paid for.
