My Trendyol Coupon Not Credited


I ordered using a "Customer Satisfaction Coupon" worth ₺350 stored in my account. Upon realizing I had used the wrong card for payment, I promptly cancelled the order. During the cancellation process, the confirmation screen indicated that "the amount to be refunded to your card and the Coupon to be credited to your account" would be returned in full (as seen in the screenshot). However, the coupon was not credited to my account. I contacted Trendyol Assistant, who assured me it would be credited within 36 hours, but it wasn't. Upon follow-up, I was informed that the "customer satisfaction coupon" is for single use and would be reissued. Despite the clear statement during the order cancellation process that the coupon would be credited to my account, and despite the reassurance from Trendyol Assistant's customer service, the coupon was not credited. The product I hoped to reorder is still in my basket. The financial and emotional distress caused by Trendyol's system error, compounded by the failure to resolve the issue even through customer service, is immeasurable. I trusted Trendyol for my purchases, but unfortunately, they have shattered my confidence. In their attempt to ensure satisfaction, they have caused incredible financial and emotional distress. I demand the recrediting of my ₺350 coupon to my account. Regards.
