Playstore.com Charged for The Price, but Didn't Send the ePIN Code
I bought a 500 TL ePIN, but never got the code after the purchase was finalized. My anxiety levels are through the roof because my payment has been taken without my receiving the necessary ePIN. Please do what you can to fix this, my mobile number linked to account 5422****49 was used to complete the transaction. My bank account was debited, but I have not received the ePIN code. Because of this, I've lost money and been greatly inconvenienced. Please, either send me the missing ePIN code or return the money that was taken. Playstore.com has been my go-to for digital purchases because I've had nothing but good luck as a customer, why this now?
