My GAP Order Was Marked as Shipped but Trendyol Said They Could Not Deliver It

I ordered something, and a week later, I got a message saying, "We can't ship your items." But the order status still says "shipped," and I can't find any clear info about the points I used for the purchase. They gave me a ₺250 coupon to make up for the problem, but it seems like a pretty weak response considering their poor stock management. A brand like this should really take more care in how it runs things. It’s annoying to see this kind of carelessness, and I think this kind of mistake just shouldn’t happen. I hope they can do a better job next time to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
