placed an order a while back, and it got canceled out of the blue. The order had this code, 171-8779830-6487506. totally unexpected, and I was quite surprised. I was really excited about making my first purchase, but my excitement quickly faded when I found out that the order had been canceled. I bought a ₺750 gift card in preparation for getting this specific item. It seems like there might be an issue that's preventing me from completing my purchase. If that's the case, do you think you could arrange a refund for my ₺750 gift card? If you decide not to refund my gift card, can I still go ahead and buy the item before the promotion ends? It's not typical for a well-known company like Amazon to engage in such actions. I might have to take some steps to protect my rights. I might have to raise a spending dispute with my bank and file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. I really hope this gets resolved quickly, otherwise I might have to take it up through official channels.
