I Am Demanding a Full Refund From Carl’s Jr. After Terrible Dining Experience
On July 30, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM, I visited the Carl's Jr. Bahariye branch located on General Asım Gündüz Avenue in Osmanağa, Kadıköy. As soon as we stepped inside, there was a heavy, foul odor. When we went upstairs to sit, we found that every single table was extremely dirty; when we wiped one down ourselves with a napkin, the paper turned completely black. The overall cleanliness and smell of the venue were thoroughly unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
The food we ordered was equally terrible. The meat patties were burnt, while the onions were undercooked. Both flavor and presentation fell drastically below basic expectations. Being served food prepared like this in such a filthy, foul-smelling environment was deeply disturbing.
Furthermore, the staff's attitude was highly irresponsible. Even though I had paid for my meal, I was told it showed up as unpaid in their system, and when they realized their mistake, they didn't even bother to apologize. Despite asking for our table to be wiped, someone only showed up 10 minutes after our food arrived. I felt completely disrespected as a customer in terms of both hygiene and service.
Due to this atrocious experience, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid. Furthermore, I request that this branch be formally inspected regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality, and that necessary corrective measures be taken. If proper steps are not taken following my complaint, I explicitly state that I intend to file a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
