Undercooked Burgers and Stale Fries at Zorlu Center Carl's Jr.

My friends and I recently ordered from Carl's Jr. at Zorlu Center, and it was the worst experience we've ever had with the brand. Previously, we enjoyed meals at the Özdilek Levent and Beşiktaş branches, but this location was a huge disappointment. The burgers were undercooked, and the fries were stale—far below the quality we expect from Carl's Jr.

For the price we paid, this meal was unacceptable and didn’t meet the standards of the brand. This branch needs to be inspected for quality control immediately. I will not return to this location unless significant improvements are made. Carl's Jr. must address this issue and ensure better service and food quality at Zorlu Center.
