Mold Found on Burger from Carl’s Jr

I ordered two burger meals from Carl’s Jr through Yemek Sepeti. After taking a bite, we noticed a strange taste but assumed it was from the sauce and continued eating until we reached the halfway point. At that point, we couldn’t eat any more, so we inspected the burgers. To our horror, we discovered heavy mold on the bun, sauce, and even worse, fungal growth on the patty itself.

This is completely unacceptable. Due to this incident, both of us became severely ill, requiring stomach cleaning and a trip to the hospital.

I demand an immediate explanation, a full refund, and strict action to ensure food safety. Carl’s Jr must take responsibility for serving such a hazardous product.
