Garena Free Fire Account Banned for Cheating: Request for Review and Unban

On 1 January 2025, my Garena Free Fire account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “cheat.” I have been playing this account on an emulator for a long time and have invested more than 50,000 (in‑game expenses and related costs) as well as a huge amount of time and effort. After the ban, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support and they told me they have proof, but they did not share anything concrete with me. I am absolutely sure this ban is a mistake or a bug. I have never used any cheat, panel or illegal program, and I am ready to provide gameplay recordings and any other information requested to prove that I play fairly. I request that my account be re‑investigated in detail, that the supposed “proof” against me be reviewed carefully, and that my account be unbanned if no real violation is found. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, because I do not want to be punished for something I did not do.
