Poor Service and Limited Options at Carl's Jr. Mall of Istanbul
During my recent visit to Carl's Jr. at Mall of Istanbul, I encountered terrible service and significant changes to their so-called "unlimited" offerings, which were the main reason I chose this brand. The terrace and lobby areas were closed, and everything seemed rationed, resembling a budget diner rather than a premium fast food chain. Even essentials like napkins and condiments were restricted—I was given just one napkin and a single mayonnaise packet. Unlike my positive experiences at other branches, this location has failed to meet the brand's promises. Attempts to provide feedback were also ignored; their contact number lacked a proper complaint line, and no one followed up with me. Carl's Jr. needs to address these issues immediately to restore customer trust.
