Carl’s Jr. Order Missing Burger Patties and Items


On June 21, 2024, I placed an order through the Yemek Sepeti app from Carl’s Jr. Burger. When the order arrived, we started eating and realized that the burgers were missing their patties. Additionally, we ordered six mozzarella sticks but only received five.
I contacted Yemek Sepeti for help, but they said they couldn’t reach the restaurant. I also tried contacting both the restaurant and their headquarters but received no response. No one has reached out to rectify this issue.
Selling burgers at such high prices but delivering them without patties is unacceptable. I expect a prompt refund and a resolution to this issue. My order number is hrf9-2odl.
