SHEIN Items Not Received

I placed a SHEIN order for a black blouse, some floor clothes and a glasses case to be delivered to 18 Sudley Road, Rochdale, OL11 ***, England, roughly two weeks ago. The parcel was supposed to be delivered via a relay service, but the tracking has not shown any movement for over two days. Since the items have still not been delivered and there is no recent tracking activity, I am worried that the order may be delayed or lost. I paid just over £20 in total for this order. As I have not yet contacted customer service about this issue, I am now requesting that my order either be delivered as soon as possible or that a full refund be issued if delivery cannot be completed.
