Carl’s Jr. Hamburger Quality and Service Issues Left Me Disappointed


I recently ordered a hamburger from Carl’s Jr., and the experience was deeply disappointing. The patty looked unappetizing and poorly prepared, far from what I expected. Adding to the frustration, the staff was completely uninterested in addressing any concerns. Instead of providing direct assistance, they handed me a piece of paper with explanations, expecting me to read it rather than engaging with me.
To make matters worse, my meal took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was visually unappealing. I’ve never encountered such indifferent service and low-quality food from a major brand before. I hope Carl’s Jr. takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service and food quality.
