Carl’s Jr. Altunizade Employee Was Rude and Unhelpful

I regularly visit the Carl’s Jr. Altunizade branch, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing due to an employee’s rude and inappropriate behavior. When I requested my burger to be well-done, which typically takes an additional 2-3 minutes to cook, the employee responded with an unprofessional and dismissive comment: “We can’t treat it like the word of God.”

The staff member took my order without any effort to assist or ensure customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, encountering such disrespectful behavior is upsetting and unacceptable. Carl’s Jr., I urge you to address this issue immediately and ensure that your employees treat customers with the courtesy and professionalism expected from your brand.
