Carl's Jr. Delivered the Wrong and Cold Burger After Long Wait

I ordered a burger from Carl's Jr., and it arrived wrong. After waiting even longer for a replacement, the correct order finally arrived—but it was ice cold. Taking just one bite was enough to make me leave it uneaten. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

We waited and paid a significant amount for our food, only to receive incorrect and poorly handled items. If the team cannot ensure proper service and quality, they shouldn’t be in this industry. I expect Carl's Jr. to take responsibility for this experience, improve their service standards, and address this complaint promptly. Customers deserve better than cold food and endless mistakes.
