Poor Service and Rude Staff at Carl's Jr. Location

I’ve had two terrible experiences at a Carl's Jr. branch. The staff is completely inattentive and dismissive when customers make requests. They serve orders incomplete, and when asked to fix it, they don’t even bother responding. Instead of cleaning the tables, they hang out on the terrace smoking, and when asked to clean, they sarcastically suggest moving to another table. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. The overall service and attitude at this branch have made me decide not to return. I hope Carl's Jr. takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the management of their locations.
