Unacceptable Delays and Cold Food at Carl's Jr.

I placed an order at Carl's Jr. in Zorlu AVM, but even after 50 minutes, my meal was still not prepared. The staff's unprofessional and unmotivated attitude forced me to leave without lunch and return to the office hungry. I ordered the same menu as my friends, yet my order was never prepared, while their food arrived cold. The burgers sat out waiting, but the staff failed to deliver them properly. To make matters worse, customers who ordered after me received their food and finished eating, despite me following up twice about my order. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Carl's Jr. again. Immediate action is needed to address these issues.
