I purchased a burger from Carl’s Jr. at the Kentpark branch and noticed mold on the bun (photo attached). When I brought... this to their attention, the staff dismissed it, claiming it was from the Roquefort cheese. Despite the clear issue, they made no effort to offer a replacement or a refund. This
