Mold Found on Carl’s Jr. Burger Bun, No Proper Response from Kentpark Branch
I purchased a burger from Carl’s Jr. at the Kentpark branch and noticed mold on the bun (photo attached). When I brought this to their attention, the staff dismissed it, claiming it was from the Roquefort cheese. Despite the clear issue, they made no effort to offer a replacement or a refund.
This lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a reputable brand. I expect an immediate explanation and resolution, including assurances that such incidents will not happen again. I hope this can be resolved promptly without the need to escalate the matter further. Customers deserve safe and quality food, along with proper service when concerns are raised.
