I paid in advance to rent a car through Carjet, but the rental was denied by the company due to a Findeks issue. Despite providing them with documentation that the car wasn’t rented, they are refusing to refund my money. I’ve received no response from their side after submitting the necessary proof. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will take legal action to reclaim my payment. Please handle this promptly and return the amount I’m owed.
