Unable to Rent Car or Get Refund from Carjet

I made a reservation through Carjet, but due to a “Findeks” issue, I was unable to proceed with the car rental. Despite this, they charged my card ₺7,850, and I haven’t been able to get a refund. The website provides no means of contact, and my emails go unanswered.

This has been a highly frustrating experience, as Carjet has effectively taken my money without providing any service or support. I urgently request Carjet to process my refund and improve their customer service so others don’t experience this same issue.
