My Bershka Online Order Shows as Delivered, But I Never Received It
I've never encountered such an issue before, and I'm extremely frustrated. I placed an online order with Bershka and was told I could pick up my delivery from the Kentpark store on Friday, September 6th. On Wednesday, September 11th, I went to the store to collect my package, but it wasn't there—they couldn't find it anywhere. Later, I noticed that the system shows my order as delivered, but I never picked it up. When I asked if it was given to someone else, they assured me that it wasn't, yet my package is still missing. This is unacceptable! How can my order be marked as delivered when I haven't received it? I expect Bershka to resolve this issue immediately by locating my missing package or providing a full refund. Please address this matter promptly.

I placed an order from Bershka on August 28th, supposedly it was delivered to me on September 9th. I went to the store to pick it up, but my package was not there, it was lost. I called customer service, they sent me a PDF proving that I didn't receive it, I filled it out and sent it back. Today, I received an email saying that the store confirmed the delivery. How did you confirm the delivery of a product I didn't receive? Where is my package and who has it?!
