N11 Refund Request Due to Delivery Failure
On July 15th, I placed an order for 2 Altınyıldız Classic shirts on the N11 platform. On July 16th, I received a message stating that the package was delivered to the cargo company. However, the package did not move from the dispatch branch for 6 days.
After conducting an investigation, Sendeo cargo customer service informed me that only a tracking number was assigned to the package and that it was not physically delivered to their branches. They stated that they would enter a cancellation notification into the system and that I could request a refund from N11.
I have been struggling with N11 customer service for days, contacting them multiple times, but I am unable to get a result. I was last told a week ago, on July 26th, that my money would be refunded. When I wrote to the store's "Ask a Question" section, they explained the product sizes to me. I have never seen such poor process management and a company that has caused so much inconvenience to its customers. Please resolve my grievance and refund my money.
