Swatch Customer Support Refused to Provide Proof of Refund or Reference Numbers
My order placed on January 28, 2026, was canceled without any notification after one and a half months, which I only discovered upon checking online. The refund was subsequently issued a month after that. Thinking it might be a stock issue, I let it slide and placed another order on April 28, 2026, for three watches totaling $806. When the watches finally arrived a full one and a half months later, in June, I decided to initiate a return because I did not like the models and dispatched them via courier. My return shipment was delivered to them on June 10, and they claimed it was processed. Upon checking my bank account, no refund was recorded. When I emailed them a week later, they informed me that the refund was processed manually and would take between 7 and 21 business days to clear. When I requested proof of refund, such as a receipt or reference number, they dismissed my request, stating they had no documentation regarding the refund and told me to just wait. Today is July 3, 2026. A simple return transaction should never take this long. How can money received by them in April not be refunded by July? Were this not a major enterprise, I would assume they are collecting customer funds for interest yield. I have been severely wronged. I will never shop here again and will warn everyone around me about this situation. I am ready to pursue legal action.
