Bershka Order Marked Undeliverable After One Missed Call
On November 28, 2025, I purchased a blue hoodie (Ref. 7369/190/400) from Bershka. I bought this item during the November sales, but it wasn’t shipped until nearly a month later, via a shipping company called Cargo X. The courier company tried to call me only once, around December 13, 2025. I wasn’t able to answer at that moment, but I called back immediately afterward and no one answered. In the following days, they did not attempt to contact me again.
Later, I saw updates in the system first stating that the address was incorrect, and then showing the order as if I had failed to accept delivery, after which it was moved into a return process. When I contacted Bershka regarding this order, which was supposed to be delivered to my address in Çankaya / Ankara, I was told that nothing could be done and that only a refund could be issued. Honestly, this made me feel as if the product was never actually in stock and that excuses were being made. I feel misled, and I find both Bershka’s and Cargo X’s approach to communication and proper service extremely inadequate.
I also contacted the shipping company by email, but I never received any response. I purchased this product at a discounted price during the November sale, and I no longer have the opportunity to buy it at the same price. For this reason, my only expectation is that the product from my order number 40254521965 be reshipped to me while honoring the original discounted price at which I placed the order.
