Burger King's Incorrect, Incomplete, and Cold Orders

I've recently received orders that are not only incorrect, but also incomplete and, in some cases, cold. In the case of the most recent delivery, we were explicitly told not to eat the food and to return it along with the packaging. Because I made the request for the return so close to 10 p.m., no one responded, and we went to bed hungry yet again because of Burger King. What was once referred to as "fast food" is now referred to as "late food''! Our meal finally arrived after a whopping one-hundred-minute wait, but it was incorrect, incomplete, and cold... Please, Burger King, end this absurd situation once and for all. Furthermore, I demand that they refund my money immediately for the cold and incorrect order that they sent me.
