Burger King Failed to Deliver on Time and Provided Cold Food

I recently ordered Burger King delivery at 14:37, and the estimated delivery time was 50 minutes. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the products arrived as cold as ice. I tried calling the contact number 444 54 64 provided to track my order, but the call was automatically disconnected without providing any valid explanation. When I received a response, I was told that the order would be delivered at 15:38, which was 20 minutes later than the original estimated delivery time. I am requesting that the company representative provide a reasonable explanation and apologize for this experience. This level of service is unacceptable, and it has made me sad and angry. I'm hoping that this problem can be solved as soon as possible.
