Since September 11, I have been dealing with a problem regarding my Burger King store order, and it still hasn’t been resolved. This is not the first time I’ve faced similar issues. After I submitted my complaint, the head office contacted me, collected information, and assured me that I would receive a response soon and the issue would be solved.
However, until today, nothing has been done. Even worse, the complaint system shows my issue as “resolved”, when in fact no solution has been provided. My refund request has also been ignored, and I have not received any payment back.
I demand that Burger King take action immediately, process my refund without delay, and stop marking unresolved issues as solved. Customers deserve honest communication and proper support, not silence and neglect.
