I Ordered 1L Coca-Cola from Burger King, They Sent Coke Light Again

Here we go again—another messed-up delivery from Burger King. I ordered a 1-liter regular Coca-Cola, and once again, they sent Coke Light. This isn't the first time; it's happened so many times I’ve lost count. It’s unacceptable for a global fast food chain to repeatedly make the same mistake with such a basic item.
When I told the delivery person, he simply shrugged and said, “It’s not my fault.” Of course, if I had opened the bag and started eating, they’d just say “we can’t change the item after consumption.” That’s become the standard excuse—and it’s absurd.
To make matters worse, the fries I ordered didn’t even arrive. How hard is it to double-check an order before it leaves the restaurant? I paid for a full meal, but didn’t get what I ordered. There’s clearly no quality control or accountability here.
Burger King, get your act together. I want the correct items delivered or a refund issued immediately. Stop making loyal customers feel like their time and money don’t matter.
