InShot Deleted My Pro Project Draft After Hours of Work
I am writing this complaint due to a problem I experienced with the InShot app on my iPhone. Even though I have a Pro subscription, the video I spent hours working on was completely deleted from my drafts, and I currently have no way to access it. One of the main reasons for purchasing the Pro subscription is to reduce export time, yet despite this, we still have to wait at least 30 minutes to export videos. In addition, the audio tracks added to videos gradually drift out of sync, causing serious audio synchronization issues within projects.
On December 15, 2025, around 1:05 AM, the video that was saved in my drafts disappeared, and all my effort was wasted. I purchased an annual Pro subscription and paid by credit card, yet I am still experiencing major performance issues, and my most important project has vanished from the drafts.
My priority request is that my deleted draft video be recovered if possible, and that this issue be permanently fixed so it does not happen again.
