Burger King Order Arrived Cold and Messy with Stale Buns

I placed an order through the Burger King app (Order No: 9679692100) for one Big King and two Whopper meals. The quality of the order was beyond disappointing. Everything was spilled and scattered in the packaging. The burger buns were stale and falling apart, and the fries arrived ice-cold.

For the price I paid, I expected much better service and quality. This experience does not reflect the standards of a brand like Burger King. Customers deserve fresh, properly packaged food that matches the price they are charged.

I demand Burger King addresses this issue promptly, ensures higher quality control for deliveries, and provides compensation for this unacceptable experience.
