PicsArt Charged Me $23 for an Annual Subscription Without My Approval

I was using the PicsArt app through the App Store for a short trial period. Even though I believed I had canceled the trial within the app, I noticed that on January 19, 2026, at 1:32:32 PM, $23 was charged as an annual subscription fee from the account linked to my Apple ID. I was negatively affected by this charge, which occurred without my knowledge or consent.

So far, I have not contacted PicsArt support or App Store support regarding this issue. Because I believe this charge was unfair, I request that the $23 withdrawn from my account be refunded, and that my PicsArt subscription be fully canceled and closed.

The name registered on my Apple ID is Ecehan D**.** I ask that the inconvenience I experienced be resolved as soon as possible, and that a proper review be conducted with a written explanation provided to me.
