CapCut Charged Me $23 After the Free Trial Without My Consent

On January 22, 2026, after the free trial period of the CapCut app ended on my Redmi Note 14 device via the App Store, I noticed that $23 was charged from my account without my knowledge or consent. As soon as I saw this charge, I immediately canceled the subscription, but no refund has been issued despite the cancellation.

I was unable to find any clear support channel or contact number to reach either CapCut or App Store customer service, so I could not receive any assistance regarding this issue. Due to both the lack of proper notification and the unauthorized charge, I have been negatively affected.

I request that the $23 taken from my account without authorization be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that this issue be resolved promptly.
