My Burger King Order Arrived Cold and Incomplete
On October 28, 2025, I ordered a Double Chicken Menu from Burger King via Yemeksepeti (Order ID: #l5GO-k8WP). However, my Coca-Cola was missing, and the food arrived cold and stale.
After the delivery, the order status in the app still showed as “on the way,” which made it impossible to contact customer service immediately. Before consuming anything, I took photos of the missing and poor-quality items. When I finally reached a representative, I was told that it’s not possible to upload photos from the gallery, and that no assistance could be provided. The chat ended without any resolution, and getting through to live support was extremely difficult.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced missing items and poor delivery from Burger King via Yemeksepeti. Each time, I end up disappointed and inconvenienced. I request a refund for the missing and poor-quality items, an apology, and that measures be taken to prevent this from happening again.
