I used the GetirYemek app to order 216 TL worth of food from Burger King at 00:56, but it never came by 03:14. Even though I called customer service several times and was told that the food was on its way, it never came. Finally, I called them again to tell them about the problem. At first, they said the order was still on its way, but they eventually agreed to cancel it and said they would get in touch with me. Within two minutes, the status changed to "delivered," which was a very rude thing to do. I called customer service right away to tell them how upset I was. In the end, they agreed with me and gave me a refund. I'm angry that Burger King made me wait 2 hours and 18 minutes for my order, and I'm very upset that GetirYemek stopped me from ordering from somewhere else by telling me falsely that the food was on its way, leaving me hungry all night. I want everyone to know that Burger King and GetirYemek don't care about customer satisfaction and that more people need to know about this.
