Burger King Sent My Order Incomplete

I placed an order from Burger King through the Migros Food app on 15.12.2023, but it arrived incomplete. I informed Migros live support about my return, and they assured me it would be sent the next day. However, they later informed me that the restaurant was closed. I contacted them again the following day, and they said it would come as soon as possible. After waiting for two hours, I had to leave the house for urgent veterinary work.

Half an hour later, the courier called while I was away. I informed him that I was at the vet, provided my address, and requested him to bring the order there. He assured me he would, but he abruptly hung up. Waiting at the vet for exactly one hour, I contacted Migros live support once again. They stated the courier had been informed of the urgency.

Another half hour passed with no sign of the courier or any communication. I returned home and contacted live support once more. They promised to get back to me via email, but I have yet to receive any emails, calls, or refunds. I am filing a complaint.
