On October 25, 2025, I placed an order from Burger King via Yemeksepeti, but it was canceled for the second time — this time without any explanation or call from the courier. Honestly, I don’t believe the order was ever even dispatched; it feels like it was canceled without reason. I’ve never experienced such an issue with any other restaurant. Although the payment was refunded, the repeated cancellations caused a serious waste of time and frustration.
I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service, and they told me that the branch would call me the next day to explain why the order was canceled. However, several days have passed, and no one has reached out. When I tried to contact the branch directly, I found that the phone number listed in the system is invalid, making it impossible to get in touch.
I request that this restaurant be inspected, that I be clearly informed of the reason for the cancellation, and that measures be taken to prevent such issues from happening again. I also expect compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time caused by this incident.
