Buderus Delay in Supplying Parts and Not Receiving Any Healthy Help

2 years ago, we were torn between two companies when looking for a combi boiler for our new home. One of them was Buderus. Unfortunately, we bought it because we were deceived by the advice given by those who advised us not to buy Buderus, there is a material shortage, it comes late, and it is a bit cheap. After 2 years, the device had a circulation pump failure. We said come on, it could be an electronic product. However, there is still no information about the part that is said to be delivered from the Mersin factory for the boiler that broke down in the middle of winter, even though it is 10 days old. The service says the product did not arrive from the factory. Buderus customer service says we don't know, the service knows, we only direct the service. They are right, they have the legal right to 20 business days. My aim is to say that you should buy a company that provides fast parts for such an important product, even if it's only 3 cents. I guess the fact that the company's customer services have no knowledge about the business and that they try to get rid of the product by blaming it on the service they did not send the product to is proof of why it has failed in 2 years. I don't think my problem will be solved immediately because I wrote it here. As I said, my concern is to reduce the number of victims who will receive Buderus. If I can help one person, it's a benefit.
