The authorized service for my Buderus brand boiler refuses to extend the warranty. When I called, they claimed they had ordered the extended warranty, but it wouldn't arrive in time, with only 4-5 days left until the expiration of the current warranty. Customer service was unhelpful, stating that services with extended warranties handle such matters. I feel neglected and want my issue to be resolved promptly. The lack of cooperation and failure to address my concerns with the extended warranty for my Buderus boiler has left me frustrated and seeking a resolution.
