Our Protherm brand combi boiler has been giving us trouble with hot water for the past year. It's been a living hell, and we're almost ready to snap. The personnel dispatched to fix the problem keep shifting the blame between themselves, leaving us feeling helpless and frustrated. We've already spent 1,800 lira on new components, but the problem persists. We can't take this any longer, therefore we're asking for our money back. Our annoyance has been compounded by the service providers' inability to take responsibility for their actions and instead insist on pointing fingers at one another. We've put in a lot of money into changing parts, but the problem still hasn't been fixed, and now we're stuck with a hefty bill and no hot water, unfortunately, I am unable to give a positive recommendation for this product, no one will disagree with this after all this trouble.
