On 10.02.2024, I purchased a Buderus combi boiler, model BUDERUS LOGOMAX PLUS GB122İ - 24 KW, and noticed an acoustic sound coming from it just two days later. The issue was not resolved despite contacting the service seven times and their repeated attempts, including replacing key components like the gas valve, fan motor, and venturi airflow components. Instead of documenting the unresolved problem in their reports, the service falsely noted that I had requested a replacement, which I had not—I simply wanted the problem fixed. Buderus customer service rejected my replacement request based on this misleading report without proper investigation, leaving the acoustic sound issue unaddressed. On 27.12.2024, the service declared the boiler irreparable after 2.5 hours of testing and issued a report, which I submitted to Buderus Turkey under application number 1776567. Despite clear evidence and my persistent efforts, Buderus has yet to take responsibility or provide a resolution, leaving me deeply disappointed with their handling of this situation.
